Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager
Ivonne joined our team recently as the Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She creates a welcoming atmosphere making everyone feel at home. Ivonne has worked in the medical field for over 8 years, 5 of those in the dental industry.
Ivonne was born and raised in Ecuador and completed her studies in the US. She is fluent in Spanish. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, dancing and has a passion for knitting. Just wait until you see her wearing one of her amazing sweaters!
Swapna
Lead Dental Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Swapna is from India, settling down in Bothell, WA since 2015. As someone who grew up outside the city, she has the small-town hospitality that makes our patients so happy!
With her 7 years of experience in dentistry, she has great knowledge of the profession and makes you feel comfortable and engaged throughout the visit. She really enjoys meeting new people and establishing friendly relationships with patients.
She spends her free time with her two children and husband, and her hobbies include traveling, outdoor recreation and Netflix.
Gloria
Dental Assistant
Gloria was born in China and moved to Washington State in 2015. She finished the dental assisting program at Lake Washington Technical College in 2018. As a dental assistant, she enjoys providing patient care and helping people have a comfortable and pleasant experience. She is also fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
In her free time, Gloria enjoys going to the lake with her family, hiking, cooking, and being active outdoors.
Natalie
Dental Assistant
Natalie is a registered dental assistant and plans on furthering her education in dentistry by pursuing a career as a dental hygienist. Her positive, warm personality will make you feel relaxed and at ease in the dental chair. She loves getting to know each of our patients on a personal level. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing our patients happy, healthy, and smiling big with their new bright smiles!
Natalie was born and raised in the PNW. She currently lives in Bellingham where she’s a student at Bellingham Technical College. In her free time she enjoys spending time camping, traveling and mountain biking.
Lakshmi
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lakshmi was born in California but has spent her whole life in Washington. She grew up in Everett and has since settled down with her family in Mill Creek after living in Bellingham. She started out in the dental field as an assistant over 10 years ago and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Pima Medical Institute in 2016.
She loves taking care of her patients and enjoys the opportunity to be part of their oral health journey. Education and a gentle touch are ways she helps patients have a positive experience.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, traveling, baking and spending time with her family (husband, son, daughter, and 2 dogs). The PNW has endless ways to enjoy the outdoors; teaching her kids to ski and camping have been the most exciting adventures lately!
