The team at Lynnwood Periodontics & Implants is dedicated to helping you to get the most out of your dental and health insurance benefits if applicable. As a courtesy to our patients, we bill all insurances and Dr. Brancheau is in-network with Washington Dental Service/Delta Dental Premiere and PPO.

Our goal is to provide the best comprehensive periodontal and implant treatment in the Puget Sound region. Our treatment recommendations will be based on your diagnosis, dental needs and desires and not by whether procedures are covered by your insurance company. We will give you a detailed estimate of your insurance and out-of-pockets costs prior to treatment.

Estimated Patient Portion is due at the time of service.
